Payment can be made via bank transfer or monthly standing order.
A trial lesson can be paid for individually. If you decide to continue after this trial lesson you can choose to book a set of 5 or 10 lessons which will be payable in advance.
Payments must be made before the day of the lesson.
I understand that sometimes important things come up that are unavoidable and I aim to rearrange cancelled lessons whenever possible, so I do not charge for cancellations if I have been given reasonable notice (24 hours).
If you fail to turn up to the agreed lesson time, the fee is forfeited. I will try to find an alternative space for the lesson that week, but cannot guarantee this.
For block bookings, there is no refund for cancellations. This means if you pay for a block of lessons in advance and then decide to discontinue lessons before all the booked lessons have been done, you forfeit your payment. However I will carry over payments for short breaks and holidays.
If I need to cancel a lesson, I will aim to rearrange the missed lesson or carry over your payment to cover the next lesson if you have paid in advance.
